For ORLADEYO (berotralstat), BioCryst will present: (1) a poster on hospitalization and emergency department reductions after starting berotralstat, lanadelumab, or subcutaneous plasma-derived C1-inhibitor in HAE (Poster R077, November 13); (2) a poster on reduced healthcare utilization among HAE patients who switched to berotralstat from another prophylaxis (Poster R096, November 14); and (3) a poster on growth-related dose adjustment in children with HAE, reporting 48-week dosing experience from APeX-P (Poster R097, November 14).
For navenibart, an investigational long-acting injectable monoclonal antibody plasma kallikrein inhibitor for HAE prophylaxis, BioCryst will present long-term safety, efficacy, and quality-of-life data from ALPHA-SOLAR interim results (Poster R110, November 15).
The release is a conference-presentation catalyst notice; it lists poster titles and timing but does not disclose underlying study results.
