October 29, 2026: Immunocore Holdings plc (NASDAQ: IMCR) said it will present additional Phase 1/2 safety and efficacy data from IMC-F106C-101 evaluating brenetafusp alone and with KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp-tebn) in HLA-A*02:01-positive metastatic uveal melanoma at the 2026 SITC Annual Meeting. The data will be featured in a poster on November 6, 2026 and a late-breaking oral presentation on November 7, 2026.
The presentation is titled “Phase 1 evaluation of brenetafusp alone and in combination with tebentafusp in metastatic uveal melanoma” (Abstract 1177). Immunocore said it will issue a press release when the poster session begins on November 6 at 12:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. UK time.
IMC-F106C-101 is described as a first-in-human Phase 1/2 dose-escalation trial across multiple solid tumors, including uveal melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and ovarian cancer, designed to determine maximum tolerated dose and assess safety, preliminary anti-tumor activity, and pharmacokinetics of brenetafusp as monotherapy and in combination with standard-of-care. Brenetafusp targets PRAME; KIMMTRAK targets gp100.
