Oct. 27, 2026: Voyager Therapeutics (NASDAQ: VYGR) announced two poster presentations at the 19th Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease (CTAD) Conference in Boston on November 16-19, 2026, covering Alzheimer’s disease programs VY1706 and VY7523.

VY1706: Voyager will present the first-in-human study design for VY1706, a systemically administered, blood-brain barrier-penetrant tau-lowering gene therapy for early Alzheimer’s disease (poster #P055). The presentation is scheduled for November 16-17, 2026.

VY7523: Voyager will present baseline characteristics of participants enrolled in a multiple ascending dose study of VY7523, a clinical-stage monoclonal antibody targeting the C-terminal region of tau, in early Alzheimer’s disease (poster #P054). This presentation is also scheduled for November 16-17, 2026.

The release indicates VY1706 is in preparation for first-in-human clinical development and describes VY7523 as already in a clinical multiple ascending dose study. Poster materials will be made available on Voyager’s website.
