October 16, 2026: Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) said it will present new oncology data at the ESMO 2026 Congress in Madrid on October 23-27, including late-breaking and Phase 3/2 disclosures across multiple programs.

Izalontamab brengitecan (iza-bren; EGFR x HER3 bispecific ADC): two late-breaking Phase 3 presentations are scheduled — PANKU-Breast01 in previously treated unresectable locally advanced/metastatic HR+/HER2-negative breast cancer (October 23, abstract LBA50) and PANKU-Lung01 in EGFR-mutant non-squamous NSCLC after progression on a third-generation EGFR TKI (October 26, LBA71). Additional Phase 2 data include iza-bren plus osimertinib in EGFR-mutant locally advanced/metastatic NSCLC (poster, October 26) and iza-bren plus pembrolizumab in recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (rapid oral, October 25).

Pumitamig (PD-L1 x VEGF-A bispecific immunomodulator), jointly developed with BioNTech: late-breaking first global Phase 2 data from ROSETTA Lung-107 of pumitamig plus docetaxel after chemoimmunotherapy in metastatic NSCLC will be presented October 25 (LBA76). Other Phase 2 pumitamig presentations include subgroup analyses in SCLC and TNBC patients with brain metastases (October 24) and second-line unresectable neuroendocrine neoplasms (October 26).

Opdivo/Yervoy: final overall survival results from CheckMate 8HW in MSI-H/dMMR metastatic colorectal cancer will be presented October 24; a Phase 3 bladder cancer neoadjuvant/adjuvant nivolumab study is scheduled October 23.
