October 14, 2026: Zai Lab (NASDAQ: ZLAB; HKEX: 9688) said first clinical data for ZL-1503, its IL-13/IL-31Rα bispecific antibody, will be presented at the ACAAI 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting in Phoenix on November 13, 2026. ZL-1503 is being developed for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and other IL-13/IL-31-driven diseases.
The presentation will report findings from the Phase 1/1b first-in-human single-ascending-dose trial in healthy volunteers (NCT07235384), including pharmacokinetics after single-dose administration, pharmacodynamic effects on atopic-dermatitis-related biomarkers across dose levels, and initial safety and immunogenicity data.
The company also highlighted prior preclinical results showing rapid itch relief and significant inflammation reduction in animal models of atopic diseases.
Catalyst timing: the ZL-1503 poster, “First-in-Human, Single Ascending Dose Study of ZL-1503, a Half-Life-Extended Anti-IL-13/IL-31Ra Bispecific Antibody, in Healthy Volunteers,” is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026 at 2:50 p.m. Mountain Time (ePoster R376; Abstract 8201). Zai Lab will host an investor webcast and conference call the same day at 8:00 a.m. ET / 9:00 p.m. HKT to discuss the ACAAI data and clinical trial plans.
