October 13, 2026: Shattuck Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: STTK) announced two poster presentations at United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week 2026 in Barcelona (October 17–20, 2026), highlighting inflammatory and immune-mediated disease programs.
SL-846: A moderated poster, “Development and Characterization of SL-846: A Half-Life Extended, Dual-Receptor (DR3 x IL23RA) Targeting Bispecific Antibody,” will be presented by Mahmud Hussain, Ph.D., on October 19, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. CEST.
TL1A/anti-TL1A immune complexes: An ePoster, “Soluble TL1A/Anti-TL1A Immune Complexes Induce De Novo Production of TL1A and Induce Anti-Drug Antibodies That Cross-Bind Approved IBD Antibodies,” will be presented by Suresh de Silva, Ph.D., and available throughout the congress from October 17–20, 2026.
The company said the posters will be posted in the Events & Presentations section of its website after the congress. The release also identifies SL-325 as Shattuck’s lead program, a DR3 antagonist antibody designed to more completely block the DR3/TL1A pathway, but no new data for SL-325 were disclosed in this announcement.
