October 12, 2026: Sutro Biopharma (NASDAQ: STRO) announced presentations at the 17th Annual World ADC Conference in San Diego (October 12-15, 2026) covering multiple ADC programs.

STRO-004: a plenary presentation on October 13 will discuss early clinical safety and pharmacokinetic data and how its design and preclinical characterization relate to its clinical performance.

STRO-006: an October 13 presentation will cover preclinical/translational insights, including PDX response and translational biomarkers, aimed at supporting clinical development.

STRO-227: an October 14 presentation will cover preclinical characterization of this wholly owned dual-payload ADC, including efficacy and safety in ADC-resistance models.

Platform/dual-payload ADCs: on October 12, Sutro will present on high-DAR TOPO1i x DDRi dual-payload ADCs intended to improve efficacy, overcome resistance, and enhance safety. Sutro will also participate in October 13 sessions on novel payload mechanisms/combinations and a panel on next-generation ADC linkers and payloads.
