May 7, 2026: Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc. (NASDAQ: TECX) reported Q1 2026 results and highlighted upcoming clinical catalysts for TX45 and TX2100.
TX2100 (HHT): A randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind ascending-dose Phase 1a healthy volunteer trial began dosing in February 2026 to assess safety/tolerability (PK secondary). As of April 2026, four cohorts have been dosed. Topline Phase 1a results are expected by end of Q3 2026; subject to favorable outcomes, a Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial in moderate-to-severe hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia is planned for early 2027 (endpoints expected to include epistaxis, anemia/hematologic support, and other HHT measures).
TX45 (pulmonary hypertension): • APEX Phase 2 (PH-HFpEF, including CpcPH subgroup): Global randomized, placebo-controlled 24-week trial; primary endpoint is change in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) in CpcPH (PVR ≥3 Wood Units). Enrollment is nearing completion; topline data anticipated late Q4 2026 or early Q1 2027.
• ALPINE Phase 2 (PH-ILD): 16-week open-label trial (up to 25 patients) with primary endpoint change in PVR at Week 16; first site activated Feb 2026 and screening initiated Mar 2026.Financial: Cash and equivalents were $236.9M as of March 31, 2026; runway expected into Q4 2028. Net loss was $25.2M for Q1 2026.
