October 8, 2026: AbCellera (NASDAQ: ABCL) announced an upcoming poster presentation of Phase 1/2 data for ABCL635 at The Menopause Society’s 2026 Annual Meeting in San Diego, to be held October 20-24, 2026.

ABCL635 is an investigational NK3R monoclonal antibody antagonist being studied as a non-hormonal, long-acting treatment for moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS/hot flashes) due to menopause. The poster, “Safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of ABCL635, an NK3R monoclonal antibody antagonist for the treatment of vasomotor symptoms: a Phase 1/2 study” (Poster P-92), is scheduled for Thursday, October 22, from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. PDT.

AbCellera said it will present safety, PK, PD, and efficacy data, including new safety data from the Phase 1 multiple ascending dose study and new patient-reported outcome data from the Phase 2 study. The ongoing Phase 2 trial (NCT07118891) is described as a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in postmenopausal women with moderate-to-severe VMS.
