October 8, 2026: Glaukos (NYSE: GKOS) announced an exclusive license agreement with RevOpsis Therapeutics to develop and commercialize RO-104, a tri-specific biologic for neovascular age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusion. The deal also gives Glaukos exclusive rights to RevOpsis’ RevMod platform in geographic atrophy, DME, DR, RVO, and nAMD to discover and develop up to four additional next-generation retinal biologic candidates.
RO-104 is designed to block VEGF-A and VEGF-C and inhibit Ang-2 in a high-concentration formulation. The company said the candidate showed superior preclinical efficacy in established animal models versus approved anti-VEGF therapies.
This is a business development/licensing catalyst that expands Glaukos’ retinal pipeline and platform access. Financial terms were not disclosed. The release does not provide clinical-stage timing, regulatory milestones, or trial start dates for RO-104 or the additional platform-derived programs.
