Rezpegaldesleukin (LY3471851) - (REZOLVE-AA)

October 1, 2026: Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NKTR) reported EADV 2026 presentations for rezpegaldesleukin from Phase 2b REZOLVE-AA in severe-to-very-severe alopecia areata and Phase 2b REZOLVE-AD in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, and said it has initiated a third Phase 3 AD study and plans to start Phase 3 ZENITH AA in early 2027.

In REZOLVE-AA, 31 patients entered a 52-week extension. From Week 36 to Week 52, new SALT score ≤20 responses occurred in 29% of low-dose and 31% of high-dose patients versus 0% on placebo. In extension patients, SALT ≤20 responses were similar regardless of current episode duration (<4 years: 29%; ≥4 years: 30%). Off treatment after 52 weeks, 75% (6/8) maintained SALT ≤20 at 4 months and 63% (5/8) at 6 months; SALT ≤10 responses increased from 7% at Week 52 to 19% after 6 months off treatment.

In REZOLVE-AD, monthly (Q4W) and quarterly (Q12W) maintenance dosing through Week 52 sustained EASI-75, EASI-90, vIGA-AD, and itch responses, with the 24 µg/kg regimens showing the highest maintenance. EASI-100 increased from 4% to 22% with Q4W and from 9% to 18% with Q12W among all re-randomized patients. Safety through 52 weeks was described as favorable and consistent with prior reports.
