October 7, 2026: Kodiak Sciences (NASDAQ: KOD) said it will present data from its three late-stage retina programs at AAO 2026 in New Orleans (October 9-12, 2026). For wet AMD, the first scientific presentation of the Phase 3 DAYBREAK study of Zenkuda (tarcocimab tedromer) and tabirafusp-ted (KSI-501) is scheduled for Retina Subspecialty Day on October 9, 2026. Kodiak said previously announced topline results showed the study met its primary endpoint for both investigational treatments, with non-inferior Year 1 vision gains versus aflibercept.
For diabetic retinopathy, Phase 3 GLOW2 data for Zenkuda will be presented on October 10, 2026.
For macular edema secondary to inflammation (MESI), Phase 1b APEX results for KSI-101 will be presented during Uveitis Subspecialty Day on October 9, 2026.
Kodiak also said Zenkuda has a “BLA-ready” profile in diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and wet AMD; KSI-501 is being evaluated in wet AMD and diabetic macular edema; and KSI-101 is being explored in two Phase 3 MESI studies, with topline data for Pivotal Analysis 1 (PEAK) expected in December 2026 and Pivotal Analysis 2 (PEAK+PINNACLE) in 2Q 2027.
