October 2, 2026: Artiva Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: ARTV) announced one oral and two poster presentations at ACR Convergence 2026 (November 6-11, Orlando) for AlloNK/AB-101 plus rituximab and a refractory rheumatoid arthritis (RA) registry analysis.
For AlloNK (AB-101), the oral presentation on November 9 will report updated Phase 2a basket-trial data from at least 20 patients with refractory RA, 11 with Sjögren disease, and at least five with systemic sclerosis, all with at least six months of follow-up. The abstract title cites “robust efficacy responses” in 34 patients with rheumatologic diseases and compares results with autologous CAR-T. A poster on November 10 will present safety and B-cell depletion data in 60 patients across rheumatologic diseases, describing deep, consistent B-cell depletion and a favorable tolerability profile.
A separate November 10 poster will present a U.S. registry analysis showing high unmet need and low clinical response rates in RA patients who failed at least two classes of biologic or targeted synthetic DMARDs, the population similar to that planned for Phase 3.
Artiva said it is initiating a Phase 3 registrational trial of AlloNK in refractory RA in the second half of 2026. A webcast reviewing the ACR data is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. EST.
