Oct. 6, 2026: BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (NASDAQ: BCTX, BCTXL; TSX: BCT) and majority-owned subsidiary BriaPro Therapeutics announced four preclinical immunotherapy abstracts selected for poster presentation at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 41st Annual Meeting in Phoenix, November 4-8, 2026.

BriaCell: Bria-OTS+ will be featured in poster abstract 863, “A Multifaceted Genetically Engineered Whole-Cell Vaccine Platform Generates Potent, Broad, Persistent, and Effector-Centric Anti-Tumor Immunity Across Multiple Cancer Indications,” scheduled for Nov. 6, 2026.

BriaPro: three posters will present preclinical work on BP-80 and checkpoint inhibitor programs:

  • Abstract 404, “Development of BP-80, a soluble CD80 dimer (CD80-Fc) for cancer treatment,” on Nov. 7, 2026.
  • Abstract 405, “Tumor-targeted checkpoint inhibitors for reactivation of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes,” on Nov. 6, 2026.
  • Abstract 406, “Molecular design of CD80 variants with increased affinity for PD-L1 and wild-type or lower affinity for CD28,” on Nov. 7, 2026.
