ZL 1310 (DLL3 ADC) plus Atezolizumab ± Carboplatin - (ZL 1310-001)

October 26, 2026: Zai Lab (NASDAQ: ZLAB; HKEX: 9688) said first global data from its trial of zocilurtatug pelitecan (zoci; ZL-1310) in first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) will be presented at ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid. The poster, “ZL-1310 (DLL3 ADC) plus Atezolizumab ± Carboplatin in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer: Part 1b/1c results from Study ZL 1310-001,” is scheduled for October 26, 2026, 12:00-12:45 CEST (Poster Board 3817P; Abstract 1569).

The Phase 1b/1c cohort is evaluating safety and efficacy of zoci, a DLL3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate, in combination with atezolizumab with or without carboplatin for first-line ES-SCLC. The release does not disclose trial results, but says the presentation will highlight findings and that the data add to evidence supporting zoci as a potential backbone ADC in first-line combination regimens for ES-SCLC.

Zai Lab also said it will host an investor webcast and conference call on October 23, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET / 8:00 p.m. HKT to discuss the ESMO data and zoci clinical trial plans.
