[212Pb]VMT-α-NET

October 7, 2026: Perspective Therapeutics (NYSE: CATX) said data from its [212Pb]VMT-α-NET program were accepted for oral presentation at the NANETS 2026 Multidisciplinary NET Medical Symposium in Las Vegas on November 5, 2026. The presentation, “Cohort level safety and efficacy results for [212Pb]VMT-α-NET in advanced somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2+)-expressing neuroendocrine tumors: Cohorts 1–3,” will be given by Thorvardur Halfdanarson, MD, in the Featured Abstracts I session.

[212Pb]VMT-α-NET is being studied in a multi-center, open-label dose-escalation/dose-expansion trial (NCT05636618) in patients with unresectable or metastatic SSTR2-positive tumors who have not received prior radiopharmaceutical therapies.

The release does not provide new efficacy or safety numbers. It notes that interim data with an April 17, 2026 cutoff were presented at ASCO 2026 in May 2026 and included efficacy results for half of Cohort 2 and both patients in Cohort 1. Initial efficacy data for the remaining patients in Cohort 2 and for Cohorts 3 and 4 are still pending. The company said it plans to submit additional data for presentation at future medical conferences in 2026 and 2027.
