October 7, 2026: Zenas BioPharma (NASDAQ: ZBIO) said it will present seven posters at the 10th Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting in Toronto on October 21-23, 2026, and host an October 21 symposium on BTK inhibition in progressive multiple sclerosis.
For orelabrutinib in MS, posters will cover: 24-week efficacy and safety results for the 80 mg dose from a Phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in relapsing-remitting MS; pharmacokinetics from a Phase 2 study in relapsing-remitting MS; and the designs of two Phase 3 trials, Monarch in non-active secondary progressive MS and PriMroSe in primary progressive MS.
For obexelimab in relapsing MS, posters will present Phase 2 MoonStone data on serum biomarkers and MS disease activity score, 24-week results showing reduction in disease activity, and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.
The company also said obexelimab has been evaluated in nine clinical trials involving 667 subjects, including MoonStone. An additional upcoming catalyst is Phase 2 SunStone topline results for obexelimab in systemic lupus erythematosus, expected in 4Q 2026.
