October 2, 2026: Climb Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLYM) said it will present new clinical data on CLYM116 and budoprutug at ASN Kidney Week 2026 in Denver (October 21-25, 2026), with abstracts already available on the ASN website.

CLYM116: two ASN poster presentations will report preliminary/Phase 1 healthy-volunteer data on safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics for the anti-APRIL monoclonal antibody being developed for IgA nephropathy. Presentations are scheduled for October 22 and October 23, 2026.

Budoprutug: preliminary Phase 2 data from the ongoing PrisMN study in primary membranous nephropathy were selected for an oral presentation on October 24, 2026. A separate poster on October 23, 2026 will present a minimal change disease case study describing durable response and potential disease modification via CD19+ B-cell depletion.
