Sept. 29, 2026: Cellectar Biosciences (NASDAQ: CLRB) said a subset analysis from the Phase 2 CLOVER-WaM trial of iopofosine I 131 in relapsed/refractory Waldenström macroglobulinemia will be presented at the International Workshop for Waldenström Macroglobulinemia on Oct. 15, 2026. In patients treated immediately after BTK inhibitor therapy following at least two prior lines, the analysis showed a major response rate of 79.2%, overall response rate of 87.5%, and duration of response exceeding 16 months.
The company said these data support advancing iopofosine I 131 into a Phase 3 confirmatory trial and a planned U.S. NDA submission for accelerated approval in 1H27. Cellectar said it remains on track to begin dosing patients in the Phase 3 trial in early 2027, and, citing Breakthrough Therapy Designation, expects a six-month FDA review and potential approval by the end of 2027.
The poster presentation is titled “Iopofosine I 131 After BTK Inhibitors in Waldenström Macroglobulinemia: CLOVER-WaM Subgroup Efficacy and Safety,” Session 14, at 4:00 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2026, in Palm Springs, California.
