Sept. 24, 2026: Cullinan Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CGEM) outlined Q4 2026 pipeline catalysts across immunology and oncology. CLN-978 (CD19xCD3 T-cell engager) is expected to report multi-dose and single target-dose regimen data in December in treatment-refractory moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus, difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis, and treatment-refractory moderate to severe Sjögren’s disease. The company said this will be the most comprehensive clinical data set to date for the program across these indications.

Velinotamig (BCMAxCD3 T-cell engager) is scheduled to present multi-dose regimen data from the ongoing Genrix Bio Phase 1 dose-escalation study in SLE at ACR Convergence 2026 on November 8, 2026, during a poster session from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET. The program is being developed for treatment-refractory autoimmune diseases driven by long-lived plasma cells.

CLN-049 (FLT3xCD3 T-cell engager) is expected to provide updated December data from the dose-escalation portion of its Phase 1 study in relapsed/refractory AML. Cullinan also said it plans to initiate a potentially registrational Phase 2 study following a recent successful FDA meeting.
