PALI-2108 - (ASCENTRA-CD)

Sept. 28, 2026: Palisade Bio (NASDAQ: PALI) said lead program PALI-2108 will be featured in four presentations at UEG Week 2026 (Oct. 17–20, 2026, Barcelona) covering ulcerative colitis (UC) and fibrostenotic Crohn’s disease (FSCD). The main catalyst is an oral presentation of Phase 1b FSCD data, titled “Gut-Targeted PDE4 Inhibition with Once-Daily PALI-2108 Demonstrates Early Clinical and Biomarker Improvements in Fibrostenotic Crohn’s Disease,” scheduled for Oct. 18, 2026.

Three moderated posters are also planned: (1) gut-targeted drug exposure plus favorable safety and tolerability in inflammatory bowel disease (Oct. 19); (2) UC data indicating clinical response within one week of treatment (Oct. 20); and (3) development of a mechanistically anchored PDE4/cAMP transcriptomic biomarker intended to predict response to PALI-2108 in UC, which is being prospectively validated (Oct. 20).

The company said the UEG presentations will highlight early endoscopic improvement, evidence of PDE4 target engagement in FSCD, rapid clinical response in UC, differentiated pharmacokinetics, and favorable safety/tolerability. PALI-2108, an oral locally activated PDE4 inhibitor prodrug designed for once-daily dosing in the terminal ileum and colon, is being advanced into Phase 2 development in both UC and Crohn’s disease.
