September 28, 2026: GRI Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRI) announced conference presentations at the 10th IPF Summit in Boston (September 29-October 1, 2026) focused on GRI-0621, its oral RARβ/γ-selective agonist for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

GRI-0621/IPF: Chief Scientific Officer Vipin Kumar will present “From Immune Biology to Early Clinical Signal: Building a Robust Preclinical & Translational Package for Novel IPF Therapies” on September 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. CEO Marc Hertz will present “Insights From Phase 2a Development of a Novel Immune-Modulating Therapy in IPF on Translating Mechanism Into Meaningful Clinical Signals” on October 1, 2026, at 1:30 PM ET. The company said the talks will cover immune biology in IPF, translational and preclinical development strategy, and Phase 2a development insights. It also said recent Phase 2a findings provided encouraging insights across lung function, translational biomarkers, and tolerability, but no specific efficacy data were disclosed in this release.

Pipeline: The release also notes a separate pipeline of type 2 diverse NKT agonists for systemic lupus erythematosus.
