MAR001

September 24, 2026: Marea Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Lisata Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LSTA), said Phase 2b TYDAL study data for MAR001 will be presented in a late-breaking science session at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2026 in Chicago. The presentation, “TYDAL-TIMI 78: A Randomized Trial of ANGPTL4 Inhibition With MAR001 in Adults With Elevated Triglycerides and Remnant Cholesterol Concentrations,” is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CT.

MAR001 is a monoclonal antibody targeting ANGPTL4 and is in Phase 2b development for severe hypertriglyceridemia. The release does not disclose TYDAL efficacy or safety results, only the upcoming conference presentation. The company also said MAR005, a half-life-extended version of MAR001 with an improved pharmacokinetic profile, is its planned Phase 3 candidate and is in clinical development for severe hypertriglyceridemia.

Separately, the company said it is also advancing MAR002 for acromegaly, without providing a new catalyst date or data update.
