September 30-October 3, 2026: Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY) said it will present Inflammation and Autoimmunity data at EADV 2026 in Vienna across ruxolitinib cream (Opzelura) and povorcitinib programs.
Atopic dermatitis: presentations include TRuE-AD4 24-week long-term safety/pharmacokinetics data for 1.5% ruxolitinib cream in adults with moderate disease eligible for systemic therapy, plus long-term patient-reported outcome, quality-of-life, treatment-escalation, comparative-efficacy, and disease-burden analyses; TOPiQAL survey results on life-course disruption, burden, and treatment preferences will also be shown.
Hidradenitis suppurativa: posters will cover pooled Phase 3 STOP-HS1/STOP-HS2 analyses of povorcitinib, including acne characterization and effects on clinical, patient-reported, and biomarker outcomes, plus HERALD survey data on unmet needs in biologic-experienced European patients.
Vitiligo: presentations include exposure-response modeling used to inform Phase 3 dose selection of povorcitinib in nonsegmental vitiligo, a regulatory-grade real-world registry, and Phase 2 open-label quality-of-life/treatment-impact data for ruxolitinib cream in genital vitiligo.
Prurigo nodularis/general: posters include epidemiology/treatment-pattern analyses in PN and an integrated pharmacokinetic analysis for ruxolitinib cream. The release also states povorcitinib NDA and MAA for moderate-to-severe HS are under FDA and EMA review.
