Bempikibart - (SIGNAL-AA)

Sept. 21, 2026: Q32 Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: QTTB) announced upcoming EADV Congress 2026 presentations for bempikibart (ADX-914) from Part B of the Phase 2a SIGNAL-AA trial in severe or very severe alopecia areata. The catalyst is a conference data presentation: late-breaking oral and poster sessions will include additional 36-week results and initial findings from the 16-week off-drug period.

The late-breaking oral presentation, “Bempikibart, a novel IL-7Rα antibody, produces hair regrowth that persists off treatment in severe and very severe alopecia areata: efficacy and biomarker results from the Phase 2a SIGNAL-AA Part B trial” (Abstract LB-375), is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2026 at 3:15 p.m. CEST in Hall A. A poster, “Preliminary Results for an Open-label Phase 2a Trial (SIGNAL-AA Part B) of Bempikibart…” (Abstract AS-726), will be presented Sept. 30, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. CEST.

The company says the data will cover efficacy and biomarker results and indicate hair regrowth persisting off treatment. Q32 Bio also states bempikibart is in an ongoing Phase 2 program in alopecia areata.
