SGT-610 (patidegib)

September 17, 2026: Sol-Gel Technologies (NASDAQ: SLGL) said the last patient completed the last scheduled visit in the pivotal Phase 3 SGT-610-01 trial of SGT-610 (patidegib gel, 2%) for prevention of basal cell carcinoma lesions in adults with Gorlin syndrome. This last-patient-last-visit milestone completes treatment and follow-up; the company is moving to database lock and statistical analysis, with top-line results still expected in late November 2026.

The randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled study enrolled 113 patients, with 102 completing the trial. Patients received SGT-610 or vehicle for 12 months. The primary endpoint is the number of new facial BCCs at month 12 after twice-daily treatment; secondary endpoints include the number of new surgically eligible BCCs. The trial remains blinded, and the company, investigators, and patients are still unaware of treatment assignment.
