October 1, 2026: AbCellera (NASDAQ: ABCL) will give an oral presentation at the International Menopause Society 20th World Congress on Menopause on interim Phase 1/2 data for ABCL635 in vasomotor symptoms (VMS) due to menopause. The presentation, “Interim Results of a Phase 1/2 Study of ABCL635, a First-in-Class NK3R Monoclonal Antibody for the Treatment of Vasomotor Symptoms” (Abstract 16836), is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 8:30–9:30 a.m. GMT-3 in Rio de Janeiro.
The company said it will present efficacy and safety data from its Phase 2 trial in postmenopausal women with moderate-to-severe VMS. The ongoing Phase 2 study (NCT07118891) is described as a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating ABCL635 versus placebo.
ABCL635 is an investigational NK3R-targeting monoclonal antibody being developed as a non-hormonal, long-acting treatment for moderate-to-severe menopausal hot flashes. AbCellera said the program entered the clinic in July 2025 and is its first GPCR and ion channel platform program to do so.
