Forazapadin/DMD: On Sept. 30, the company will present Poster 2.74P on BASECAMP, a Phase 2a dose-comparison and exploratory efficacy study in ambulatory boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and Poster 2.75P on TRAILHEAD, an open-label study evaluating long-term safety and efficacy in adults with DMD. The release also states BASECAMP is a global, randomized, placebo-controlled pediatric Phase 2 study and TRAILHEAD is an open-label adult Phase 2 study.
Forazapadin/FSHD: Satellos will also present Poster 3.31eP covering the rationale and design of a safety, tolerability, and long-term efficacy study in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy.
Translational/preclinical work: Poster 2.68eP will address “preclinical to human translation” of a regenerative index to quantify progressive muscle degeneration and treatment response.
Upcoming catalyst: Satellos said it plans to submit an IND and begin clinical research for forazapadin in FSHD in the second half of 2026.
