CRB-913 - (CANYON-1)

September 11, 2026: Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRBP) announced a September 14, 2026 webcast to discuss topline data from CANYON-1, a Phase 1b study of CRB-913 in obesity. CRB-913 is described as a once-daily, orally delivered, highly peripherally restricted CB1 inverse agonist.

CANYON-1 is a 16-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging U.S. trial in 240 obese, non-diabetic adults (NCT07310901). The study includes CRB-913 20 mg, 40 mg, and 60 mg once-daily cohorts plus placebo, with 1:1:1:1 randomization. Patients received 12 weeks of dosing followed by a four-week safety follow-up, and active-treatment participants started at 20 mg/day before titrating to 40 mg or 60 mg depending on assignment.

The catalyst is the upcoming topline Phase 1b data disclosure, scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. EDT via conference call/webcast. Harold Bays, M.D., an investigator in the study, will participate as a guest speaker.

The release also notes Corbus’ pipeline includes CRB-701, a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate for Nectin-4-expressing tumors, but no new catalyst for that program was announced here.
