September 09, 2026: Context Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTX) announced first-patient dosing in the Phase 1 trial of CT-202, a Nectin-4 x CD3 T-cell engaging bispecific antibody, as monotherapy for Nectin-4-expressing solid tumors. The open-label dose-escalation study (NCT07545122) is evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with recurrent, unresectable or metastatic refractory/resistant urothelial, colorectal, and triple-negative breast cancers.
CT-202 is described as a pH-dependent T-cell engager designed to be preferentially active in the tumor microenvironment. The company said initial Phase 1a data are expected in the second half of 2027.
The release also notes Context’s broader T-cell engager portfolio includes CTIM-76, a Claudin 6 x CD3 bispecific antibody.
