September 10, 2026: Erasca, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERAS) announced two catalyst events at the 38th EORTC-NCI-AACR (ENA) Symposium in Barcelona on November 18-20, 2026. For ERAS-0015, an oral pan-RAS molecular glue in the ongoing AURORAS-1 Phase 1 trial for RAS-mutant solid tumors, the company will give an oral presentation on November 20 with updated monotherapy clinical data including additional patients and longer follow-up. The presentation will cover preliminary safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy. The release says earlier dose-escalation data showed favorable safety/tolerability, linear PK, and confirmed and unconfirmed partial responses across multiple tumor types and RAS mutations, including confirmed partial responses at doses as low as 8 mg once daily.
For ERAS-0015 plus ERAS-4001, Erasca will present a November 20 poster with nonclinical combination data showing synergy in KRAS G12X-driven models. ERAS-4001, an oral pan-KRAS inhibitor, is also being evaluated in the BOREALIS-1 Phase 1 trial for KRAS-mutant solid tumors. The company also said it is advancing toward three potentially registration-enabling trials for ERAS-0015 in pancreatic and lung cancers.
