IMNN-001 - (OVATION 3)

September 9, 2026: IMUNON, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNN) announced an R&D Day for September 23, 2026, in New York City/webcast focused on IMNN-001, its investigational IL-12 DNA immunotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer.

The event will feature updates on the ongoing Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial and Phase 2 minimal residual disease (MRD) study, the latter conducted with the Break Through Cancer Foundation. Planned presentations include translational findings on MRD clearance, tumor microenvironment remodeling, and combination strategies, plus discussion of how overall survival signals from the Phase 2 OVATION 2 study are being translated into the pivotal Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial.

The company said new IMNN-001 data will be presented at the event. It also highlighted prior positive safety and encouraging Phase 1 results, completion of the Phase 1b OVATION 1 study in newly diagnosed ovarian cancer, and previously reported positive results from the completed Phase 2 OVATION 2 study in 112 patients comparing IMNN-001 plus neoadjuvant/adjuvant paclitaxel-carboplatin versus standard of care alone.

An OVATION 1 trial participant will speak at the event. IMUNON also noted completed dosing in a first-in-human study of its COVID-19 booster vaccine, IMNN-101.
