September 8, 2026: Definium Therapeutics (Nasdaq: DFTX) announced six presentations at Psych Congress in New Orleans, September 15–19, 2026, centered on DT120 (lysergide) and new psychiatric epidemiology research. A Phase 3 DT120 study in major depressive disorder (MDD) will be featured as an invited oral/podium poster in the “Latest Discoveries & Emerging Trends in MDD” session on September 17.

Poster presentations on September 17–18 include: Phase 3 topline results of DT120 in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD); Phase 3 topline results of DT120 in MDD; DT120 safety data from Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies; a Phase 3 trial design/methodology poster covering DT120 in GAD and MDD; an analysis of suicidal ideation frequency across GAD, MDD, and comorbid cohorts; and an MDD poster on number needed to treat and number needed to harm for DT120.
