September 8, 2026: Vor Bio (NASDAQ: VOR) said it completed enrollment in UPSTREAM MG, a global randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 registrational trial of telitacicept in adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). Topline results from the 24-week primary endpoint remain expected in 1H 2027.

UPSTREAM MG’s primary endpoint is change from baseline in MG-ADL score at Week 24; key secondary endpoints include muscle strength, clinical response, and patient-reported outcomes. The study also includes a 48-week open-label extension.

Vor Bio also said it plans to initiate UPSTREAM oMG, a global Phase 3 registrational trial of telitacicept in ocular myasthenia gravis, with first patient dosing anticipated in 1H 2027, as a potential label-expansion effort across the MG spectrum.

The company said the program builds on a Phase 3 trial conducted by RemeGen in China, where telitacicept showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in MG-ADL and QMG at Week 24 in gMG, with continued clinical improvement through Week 48 in the open-label extension.

Vor Bio also noted telitacicept is being advanced in global Phase 3 trials in gMG and Sjögren’s disease for potential approvals in the U.S., Europe, and Japan.
