September 3, 2026: C4 Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CCCC) announced a conference catalyst for cemsidomide in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. New biomarker data from the Phase 1 CFT7455-1101 Arm B2 cohort evaluating cemsidomide in combination with dexamethasone will be presented as a poster at the 23rd IMS Annual Meeting in Glasgow, Scotland.
The presentation, titled “T- And NK-Cell Immunomodulatory Reprogramming By Cemsidomide…,” will report immune effects on T cells and natural killer cells across once-daily dose levels from the Phase 1 trial. C4T said the biomarker findings further support cemsidomide’s potential as a combination partner for immune-based therapies.
The poster will be presented September 25, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 pm BST / 7:00–8:00 am ET by Riadh Lobbardi, Ph.D., Senior Director of Translational Medicine. The company also stated that the Phase 1 trial is fully enrolled and has shown a differentiated safety and tolerability profile and potentially class-leading anti-myeloma activity, but no numerical data were provided in the release.
