ARIKAYCE - (ENCORE)

Sept. 3, 2026: Insmed (NASDAQ: INSM) said five respiratory abstracts were accepted for presentation at the European Respiratory Society Congress 2026 in Barcelona on Sept. 5–9.

ARIKAYCE (amikacin liposome inhalation suspension): a late-breaking oral presentation on Sept. 6 will report microbiologic outcomes and recurrence from the Phase 3b ENCORE trial in newly diagnosed Mycobacterium avium complex lung disease patients treated for 12 months with ARIKAYCE plus multidrug therapy (azithromycin and ethambutol). The release says the study addresses recurrence after treatment, but provides no efficacy results.

TPIP (treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder): a Sept. 6 poster will present a post hoc COMPERA 2.0 risk assessment analysis from a Phase 2 study in pulmonary arterial hypertension. TPIP remains investigational.

BRINSUPRI (brensocatib): a Sept. 6 poster will present a post hoc ASPEN Phase 3 analysis in non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis patients with a history of nontuberculous mycobacterial infection. No new results are disclosed in the release.

Other bronchiectasis presentations: a Sept. 6 poster on psychosocial impact of exacerbations in Europe, and a Sept. 7 poster on treatment patterns and healthcare resource utilization in Spain.
