August 31, 2026: Disc Medicine (NASDAQ: IRON) said it will present data from multiple clinical programs at the SOHO Annual Meeting in Houston on September 9-12, 2026.
DISC-3405: Initial Phase 2 RESTORE-PV data in polycythemia vera will be presented orally on September 10, 2026. The update will include baseline and safety data for 40 patients from Cohorts A and B, plus PK, PD, and other efficacy endpoints for 20 patients in Cohort A. The abstract is titled “Restore-PV: A Phase 2 Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of the Anti-TMPRSS6 Monoclonal Antibody DISC-3405 in Participants with Polycythemia Vera.” The same data will also be presented as poster MPN-099 on September 9.
DISC-0974: Initial efficacy data from the Phase 2 RALLY-MF study in anemia in myelofibrosis will be presented orally on September 10, 2026, with a data cutoff of April 27, 2026. The abstract is titled “RALLY-MF: Initial Efficacy of a Phase 2 Study of DISC-0974, an Anti-Hemojuvelin Antibody, to Treat Anemia in Myelofibrosis.” These data will also appear as poster MPN-120 on September 9.
A separate poster (MPN-809) on September 9 will present a systematic literature review on patient-reported outcomes and the humanistic burden of anemia associated with myelofibrosis.
