August 26, 2026: IMUNON, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNN) announced an R&D Day on September 23, 2026 in New York City, with a live webcast, focused on IMNN-001 for newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer. The event will cover the ongoing pivotal Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial, including clinical progress, supporting science and upcoming milestones, and will also include discussion of a Phase 2 minimal residual disease trial run with Break Through Cancer and led by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
The company said the program will feature oncology experts, management, and a patient treated with IMNN-001 sharing her clinical trial experience. Additional agenda and speaker details are expected in the coming weeks.
Background provided in the release says IMNN-001 is an IL-12 DNA plasmid immunotherapy delivered by nanoparticle using the TheraPlas platform. IMUNON also noted prior positive safety and encouraging Phase 1 results, completion of the Phase 1b OVATION 1 dose-escalation study, and positive results from the completed Phase 2 OVATION 2 study, which evaluated IMNN-001 plus neoadjuvant/adjuvant paclitaxel and carboplatin versus standard of care in 112 patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer.
