Plozasiran (ARO-APOC3-3004) - (SHASTA-4)

August 30, 2026: Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ARWR) said it will present 12-month pivotal Phase 3 SHASTA-3 and SHASTA-4 results for plozasiran in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia during the ESC 2026 HOT LINE late-breaking science session in Munich. The presentation is scheduled for August 30, 2026 at 17:30 CEST, with Gerald Watts presenting. An investor webcast reviewing the SHASTA-3/4 data and Q&A is scheduled for August 31, 2026 at 14:00 CEST.

Plozasiran/REDEMPLO: SHASTA-3 (NCT06347003) and SHASTA-4 (NCT06347016) are global randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trials in about 750 adults, testing 25 mg plozasiran given every 3 months for 4 doses versus placebo. The primary endpoint is percent change in fasting serum triglycerides from baseline to Month 12 versus placebo. REDEMPLO is already approved in the U.S., Canada, China, Australia, and the EU as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglycerides in adults with familial chylomicronemia syndrome.

Zodasiran: On August 31, 2026 at 9:00 CEST, Arrowhead also plans an ESC late-breaking presentation on a Phase 3 trial of vsa003 (zodasiran) injection in Chinese adolescents and adults with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia.
