August 28-31, 2026: Bayer announced 11 oral presentations at the ESC Congress 2026 in Munich across cardiac amyloidosis, chronic kidney disease, heart failure, and secondary stroke prevention.
Cardiac amyloidosis: Full Phase III REVEAL results for investigational PET radiotracer iodine 124 evuzamitide in patients with suspected cardiac amyloidosis will be presented for the first time, focusing on sensitivity and specificity based on visual scan interpretation. The late-breaking presentation is scheduled for August 30.
CKD/heart failure: Late-breaking finerenone (KERENDIA) data include a pre-specified subgroup analysis from the Phase III FIND-CKD trial in CKD without diabetes and hypertensive nephropathy, plus the INFINITY pooled analysis of efficacy and safety in CKD patients with and without ASCVD. Additional analyses include FIDELITY, CONFIDENCE/FIDELITY indirect comparison, FOUNTAIN real-world data, and FINEARTS-HF subanalyses in HF with LVEF ≥40%. Bayer notes KERENDIA is already FDA-approved for CKD associated with type 2 diabetes and for HF with LVEF ≥40%.
Secondary stroke prevention: A new analysis from the Phase III OCEANIC-STROKE trial will examine participant characteristics, 90-day dual antiplatelet therapy, and interaction with asundexian response; presentation is scheduled for August 31.
