Aug. 10, 2026: Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYRE) announced the launch of SPY772, a combination program of SPY072 (long-acting anti-TL1A antibody) and SPY007 (long-acting anti-IL-17A/F antibody, in preclinical development), and the initiation of SKYLIGHT, a randomized Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).
SKYLIGHT will test whether adding SPY072 to background bimekizumab (anti-IL-17A/F) improves outcomes versus bimekizumab plus placebo in about 150 adults with moderate-to-severe HS. The primary endpoint is the proportion of patients achieving HiSCR75 at Week 16. Site activation has begun, and topline Week 16 data are planned for late 2027 or early 2028.
The company said positive SKYLIGHT results would support advancing the long-acting SPY772 coformulation in HS. It also noted potential future exploration of other indications for the combination, pending results from its SKYWAY trial.
