August 14, 2026: Cerenome, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNSY) reported Q2 2026 results and reiterated 2026 milestones across its CNS oncology programs. The company completed its rebrand from Plus Therapeutics to Cerenome, effective August 3, 2026.
REYOBIQ (rhenium Re186 obisbemeda): In the ReSPECT-LM multiple-dose trial in leptomeningeal metastases, about one-third of patients were enrolled as of June 30, 2026, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed; the company expects to define a recommended Phase 2 dose/dosing regimen by year-end 2026. In recurrent glioblastoma, the ReSPECT-GBM Phase 2 trial remains enrolling, with full enrollment expected in 2026 and data expected in Q1 2027, followed by an FDA End-of-Phase 2 meeting. In pediatric brain cancer, the ReSPECT-PBC Phase 1 trial has activated its initial site at Lurie Children’s Hospital, with first dosing expected in Q3 2026 and enrollment to begin in 2026.
