Rezpegaldesleukin (LY3471851) - (REZOLVE-AA)

Aug. 13, 2026: Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NKTR) reported Q2 2026 results and highlighted catalyst updates for rezpegaldesleukin (REZPEG/NKTR-358). In July 2026, the company initiated the first two global registrational Phase 3 ZENITH AD trials in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis; ZENITH AD-1 and AD-2 are enrolling biologic- and systemic JAK inhibitor-naive patients, and a third trial, ZENITH AD-3, will enroll patients with prior biologic and/or systemic JAK inhibitor treatment experience. Nektar said it plans to start a single registrational Phase 3 study in alopecia areata in early 2027, with initial Phase 3 data readouts expected in mid-2028 and a first BLA submission path in 2029.

For alopecia areata, Nektar said it announced positive 52-week topline results in April 2026 from the 16-week blinded treatment extension of the Phase 2b REZOLVE-AA study, showing deepening responses with continued twice-monthly dosing in severe-to-very-severe disease.
