Aug. 11, 2026: RenovoRx, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNXT) announced completion of enrollment in the Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial in locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The study is evaluating intra-arterial gemcitabine (IAG) delivered via the FDA-cleared RenovoCath device using the company’s Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP) platform versus standard systemic chemotherapy with gemcitabine plus Abraxane.
Trial completion is expected in 1H 2027 after 86 death events; as of Aug. 11, 2026, 78 events had occurred. Initial topline data are expected in 2H 2027. The primary endpoint is overall survival, and the study is intended to assess whether targeted gemcitabine delivery can improve survival, safety, and tolerability versus standard of care.
The company said the trial previously passed two independent interim analyses, triggered at the 26th event in 2023 and the 52nd event in 2025, with the independent Data Monitoring Committee recommending continuation both times.
The release also states that IAG is being studied under a U.S. IND and that RenovoCath with gemcitabine has Orphan Drug Designation for pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer.
