August 6, 2026: Climb Bio (NASDAQ: CLYM) provided pipeline updates for CLYM116 and budoprutug and said its April 29, 2026 private placement raised about $110 million, extending cash runway into the second half of 2028.

CLYM116 (IgA nephropathy): Climb will hold an R&D Spotlight on September 3, 2026 to present initial Phase 1 PK/PD data and development plans. Initial Phase 1 safety data and translational PK/PD modeling were presented at the ERA Congress in June 2026, showing a favorable initial safety profile and supporting continued development in IgAN. Additional Phase 1 data are expected at a medical meeting in Q4 2026. In the partner Mabworks Phase 1/2 study, Phase 2 dosing in IgAN patients is expected to begin in Q3 2026, with initial Phase 2 data expected in 2027.

Budoprutug: In the Phase 2 PrisMN trial in primary membranous nephropathy, enrollment is ongoing in the 600 mg cohort; initial data, including preliminary B-cell and anti-PLA2R data from the 200 mg cohort at 12-24 weeks, are expected in Q4 2026. In previously treated ITP, initial Phase 1b data presented at EHA in June 2026 showed favorable safety/tolerability in 250 mg and 500 mg cohorts, robust B-cell depletion, and encouraging platelet responses in the 250 mg cohort; additional 500 mg and 1000 mg data are expected in Q4 2026. In SLE, a first patient was dosed in a China Phase 1b/2a trial and global Phase 1b enrollment is ongoing; safety and biomarker data from the global study are expected in Q4 2026. For the subcutaneous formulation, topline data presented in May 2026 showed it was generally safe and well tolerated with B-cell depletion similar to IV at a matched dose; a multiple-dose autoimmune study is planned, with initial data expected in 2027.
