August 6, 2026: Definium Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DFTX) reported a Phase 3 and pipeline update for DT120 ODT (lysergide tartrate) in psychiatric disorders. In the Phase 3 Emerge study in major depressive disorder, 149 patients were randomized 1:1 to DT120 ODT 100 µg or placebo; the trial met its primary and all key secondary endpoints, with an 8.1-point placebo-adjusted improvement in MADRS at Week 6 (Cohen’s d=0.83; p<0.0001) and a 7.3-point placebo-adjusted improvement at Week 12 (p<0.0001). DT120 ODT was generally well tolerated, with no serious adverse events and no suicidality signal reported.
For generalized anxiety disorder, Definium completed enrollment in the Phase 3 Voyage study (214 patients; DT120 ODT 100 µg vs placebo), with topline data expected the week of August 10, 2026, and in the Phase 3 Panorama study (245 patients; 100 µg, 50 µg control, or placebo), with topline data expected in September 2026.
In MDD, the Phase 3 Ascend study has initiated enrollment, with topline data expected in 2027. In PTSD, the Phase 3 Haven study is expected to start in 2027. The company also said it had about $1.1 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and investments as of June 30, 2026.
