August 10, 2026: AbCellera (NASDAQ: ABCL) plans to release top-line Phase 2 data before market open for ABCL635 in moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS, or hot flashes) due to menopause, with an investor webcast and conference call at 4:30 a.m. PT / 7:30 a.m. ET the same day.

ABCL635 is described as a potential first-in-class, non-hormonal antibody targeting NK3R for menopausal VMS. The Phase 2 study (NCT07118891) is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in approximately 80 postmenopausal women designed to evaluate efficacy in reducing the frequency and severity of moderate-to-severe VMS.

The company also notes that ABCL635 entered the clinic in July 2025 and is the first program from its GPCR and ion channel platform to advance into the pipeline.
