Serabelisib and sapanisertib (FTH-PIK-201) - (PIKTOR)

August 4, 2026: Faeth Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FTH) said PIKTOR, its all-oral combination of serabelisib and sapanisertib targeting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, remains on track for a Phase 2 catalyst in second-line advanced endometrial cancer. Topline results from study FTH-PIK-201 are expected in the second half of 2026/year-end.

For breast cancer, the company said the first patient was dosed in April 2026 in the Phase 1b/2 FTH-PIK-101 trial of PIKTOR in HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer. Initial/interim safety and efficacy data are expected in 2027.

The company also highlighted corporate milestones tied to its February 2026 acquisition/financing: stockholders approved conversion of Series B preferred stock issued in the acquisition and concurrent private placement, and the company changed its name to Faeth Therapeutics on June 15, 2026, with common stock beginning trading under ticker FTH on June 16, 2026.

As of June 30, 2026, cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities were $186.4 million.
