August 5, 2026: AbCellera (NASDAQ: ABCL) reported Q2 2026 updates highlighting several catalyst events. ABCL635 completed enrollment in its Phase 2 study, with top-line data expected in August 2026. ABCL575 completed dosing in Phase 1, with top-line data expected in Q4 2026. ABCL386 and ABCL688 are advancing through IND-enabling activities.

The company also announced two T-cell engager collaboration deals. With Jazz Pharmaceuticals, AbCellera will discover and develop next-generation T-cell engagers for multiple gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors; the deal includes $84 million upfront ($56 million for the first two programs and $28 million for a third program to start within 12 months), plus up to $792 million per program in option fees and milestone payments and tiered royalties. As a subsequent event, on July 29, 2026, AbCellera announced a Vertex collaboration on multispecific T-cell engagers for autoimmune diseases and other conditions, with $28 million upfront plus milestone payments and tiered royalties.

Financially, Q2 revenue was $4.1 million versus $17.1 million a year earlier, net loss was $55.4 million versus $34.7 million, and the company ended the quarter with over $565 million in cash and marketable securities and over $675 million in total available liquidity.
