August 4, 2026: Nuvectis Pharma (NASDAQ: NVCT) reported a pipeline update centered on newly in-licensed ex-China rights from Haisco to ciprocopan (NXP100) and NXP200, and a July 2026 follow-on offering that raised $115 million.

Ciprocopan (NXP100): Haisco announced July 2026 approval in China for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) patients previously untreated with complement inhibitors. The China application for PNH patients previously treated with anti-C5 therapy remains under review. Nuvectis said U.S. regulatory work is underway, with a pre-IND meeting with FDA and IND submission expected in 4Q2026.

NXP200: The oral, brain-penetrant BRAF inhibitor is in an ongoing Phase 1b trial in China in BRAF-mutated solid tumors. Additional clinical data generated by Haisco are scheduled for an oral presentation at ESMO in Madrid on October 23–27, 2026. U.S. IND submission is expected in 4Q2026.

NXP900: The combination trial with osimertinib in EGFR+ NSCLC after progression on osimertinib is ongoing, with an update expected by year-end 2026. A combination study with lorlatinib in ALK+ NSCLC is expected to start in 3Q2026. An investigator-sponsored trial with daraxonrasib in pancreatic cancer is planned, contingent on FDA approval and drug availability.
